  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number for your convenience.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.

3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, customs). We will notify you of any significant delays and work to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

4. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at herbalherbage@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

5. Damaged Products During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at herbalherbage@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order details within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at herbalherbage@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
